Mobius Microsystems Announces Sam R. Nakib as New Board Member
Sunnyvale, Calif. - June 27, 2006 – Mobius Microsystems, a venture funded innovator in RF and mixed signal design technology, today announced that industry veteran Sam Nakib has joined the company's board of directors.
Mr. Nakib has 30 years' experience in the semiconductor industry in marketing and sales, business development and general management. Most recently, he was President and CEO of Berkäna Wireless when Qualcomm acquired it.
Before that, he was senior vice president of business development and tactical marketing at Cypress Semiconductor, and senior vice president of worldwide sales at IC Works when it was acquired by Cypress. Mr. Nakib was also with Texas Instruments for 18 years in senior international sales and management positions.

Mr. Nakib holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry from California State University, Hayward.
